Universal is a vibrant and exciting free quarterly youth magazine designed to provide an authentic representation of youth culture. The Universal Magazine Committee is a group of creative and talented young people who meet monthly to write, edit and design each page of every edition. Each edition is distributed throughout the City of Kingston and with over 50 editions already developed, is a great way for young creatives to strengthen and showcase their talents and skills.

Being a member of the Universal Magazine Committee provides extensive and valuable opportunities for young people wanting to strengthen or develop skills within the creative industry – whether you are a graphic designer, illustrator, photographer, editor or writer, the Universal Magazine Committee can provide training, hands on experience, networking as well as contribute to any folio pieces.
