The Bayside Glen Eira Kingston Youth Network (BGKYN) aims to provide a collaborative platform for community and government services or organisations focused on supporting young people and their families in the region.
Our objectives are to:
- Advocate for and develop youth services by sharing information at agency, local, state, and federal levels.
- Discuss new or emerging issues impacting young people and their families.
- Provide presentations and training opportunities from experts on emerging youth issues.
- Create networking opportunities to strengthen working relationships, information sharing and cross collaboration between organisations.
The Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston Youth Network (BGKYN) is open to community and government services, projects, or organisations that work with or assist young people and their families in the Cities of Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston.
The BGKYN newsletter aims to create opportunities for organisations to share:
- Local initiatives, programs, activities, and events for young people and families
- Spotlights on their organisations
- Professional training opportunities
- Other relevant promotional and networking opportunities
