We are so excited to introduce you to the Kingston Youth Services x Broke Generation collaboration of Financial Literacy Online Modules.

The suite of online modules is going to help you become an absolute legend at money management. This online masterclass has been specifically designed for young people and the financial challenges they face by Emma Edwards from the Broke Generation.

In a time where nothing is certain, it has been incredibly important to take control of your financial life. We are SO excited about this course as we know it will change your relationship with money for the better and empower you to make smarter money decisions for the long term. You will not have to deal with any overwhelming jargon and no confusing formulas! Just straightforward and practical advice so no more delaying – it’s time to set yourself up and spring clean your finances.

Topics include:

  • YOLO is ruining my savings
  • Get a grip on taxes
  • Budgeting: set yourself up for success
  • How to not dig yourself into debt while moving out of home
  • Long term financial confidence

 

Please note: these modules are specifically aimed at 18 to 25 year olds.

To access you must be a young person with a connection to the City of Kingston and complete an Expression of Interest form.
