Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is free
  2. Submissions must be family friendly
  3. One entry per person
  4. Entry is open to anyone who is aged 13-25 years and lives, works, goes to school or plays in the City of Kingston
  5. Your piece, a short story or poem, must be original and must be inspired by the photograph above
  6. Word limit: 1,000 words.
  7. Entries close Saturday 14 October 2017
  8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The top three entries will be published in Kingston Youth Services’ Universal magazine
